Our worsted Vergin Wool proposals interpret a very material World; we present the traditional Nm.28000 with a very gritty handfeel and an irregular construction, to get an authentic product in its inherent imperfection.
Alongside the more traditional tones of the Wool, in the melange and plain colors with Irish flavour, we propose the natural dyestuff, realized with vegetable carbon, spinach, blueberry, chocolate and coffee, as well as berberine, robbia and the timeless indigo.
Chocolate, coffee, Blueberry and Spinach, belong to the food and sensory world of taste; the Robbia and the Berberine are used in cosmetics for the personal care; vegetable Carbon and Indigo are used in pharmacology, for their disinfectant and rebalancing properties.
The link with health, well-being and our primordial senses, typical of a genuine life, in full respect of environment and of colorfastness values requested through actual dyeing techniques.
This particular dyeing method is eco-sustainable, because it doesn’t produce processing waste, is suitable to get delicate and well balanced tones of colors, in harmony with the colors of Nature, and it’s an innovative method due to the delavé tones of colors, which can’t be realized in wool compositions.
